Returns & Cancellations Policy

General Information

All mARTable products are handmade, unique, and created made-to-order. For this reason, returns are not accepted due to change of mind or aesthetic preference.

Returns Due to Defects

Returns are accepted only if the product:

  • has been damaged during shipping

  • has a manufacturing defect

In such cases:

  1. The customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Photographic documentation is required (packaging and product).

  3. mARTable will review the request within 2–4 business days.

  4. If approved, we offer:

    • Product replacement, or

    • Store credit for a future purchase.

Refunds are not provided,unless replacement is not possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Decorative items with significant weight or fragile nature

  • Products showing signs of use

  • Products returned without their original packaging

Return Procedure

If a return is approved:

  • The customer must ship the product to the address provided by mARTable.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the damage is proven to be the courier’s responsibility.


Damaged Parcels Policy

If a parcel is received damaged:

  1. The customer should refuse delivery or request the courier to record the damage.

  2. An email must be sent to mARTable within 24–48 hours, including photos of:

    • the outer packaging

    • the inner packaging

    • the damaged product

  3. mARTable will submit a damage claim to the courier company.

  4. Once the damage is confirmed by the courier, mARTable will:

    • send a replacement product,or

    • issue store credit for a future purchase.

Note
Damage claims will not be accepted without photographic evidence or after the stated time limit.
