WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to the mARTable was born. wholesale community. We are proud to share our handcrafted marble creations, born in our family workshop in Thessaloniki since 1999, with partners worldwide. Please review our wholesale terms below:
1. Pricing & Taxes
- Net Prices: All wholesale prices listed are Net (Ex-VAT).
- EU Business Customers: A valid VIES VAT number is required for 0% VAT (Intra-Community supply). If a valid VAT number is not provided, the standard Greek VAT (24%) will be applied.
- Non-EU Customers: Orders exported outside the EU are exempt from Greek VAT. The buyer is responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Initial Opening Order: €[150]
- Re-orders: €[100]
3. Production & Lead Time
- As each mARTable piece is handcrafted in our workshop in Thermi, Greece, please allow a lead time of 10–15 business days for production and quality control before shipping.
- For very large orders, we will contact you directly to provide a specific delivery timeline.
4. Shipping & Handling
- Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the marble items.
- Heavy Shipments: For orders exceeding 20kg, we may contact you to arrange a more cost-effective freight or pallet shipping solution.
- Packaging: All wholesale orders are packed with extreme care to ensure the safety of the marble. Items are delivered in our signature mARTable packaging, ready for retail display.
5. The Nature of Marble
- Marble is a natural stone. Each piece features unique veining and color variations. These are not defects but a guarantee of the material’s authenticity and the handmade nature of our work.
6. Damage Claims
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage during transit must be reported via email (info@martable.gr) within 48 hours with attached photos of the damaged item and the external packaging.
