Shipping Policies

GEEK TERRITORY

Orders are shipped within the Greek Territory via ELTA Courier free of charge and with delivery to your location. If you choose Cash on Delivery as the Payment Method will there be an additional charge (3 euro). Deliveries within Thessaloniki are made within 1-2 business days, while for the rest of Greece (mainland or island destinations), delivery time ranges from 1-4 business days. For remote areas, the order must be collected by you from the ELTA courier store in your area. Please note that during periods of increased courier activity, delays in deliveries may occur.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping to European Union (EU) Countries

mARTable ships to all EU countries with no customs duties or import taxes, via Hellenic Post (ELTA).

A second courier option (DHL) will be available soon.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order:

  • Up to 500 g → €8.90

  • 500 g – 1 kg → €12.90

  • 1 – 2 kg → €17.90

  • 2 – 3 kg → €24.90

  • 3 – 5 kg → €34.90

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

Shipping to Non-EU Countries

For shipments outside the European Union, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and do not include any import duties or taxes that may be imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities.

The recipient is responsible for:

  • customs duties

  • import VAT

  • customs clearance fees

  • any additional handling or administrative charges imposed by the courier or customs authority

These charges cannot be estimated in advance,as they vary by country and are determined by local authorities.

Estimated delivery time: 5–20 business days, depending on destination.

Customs Delays

mARTable is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures in non-EU countries.

CUSTOMS POLICY 

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient may be subject to additional charges related to the import of goods into their country.

including:

  • customs duties

  • import VAT

  • customs clearance fees

  • courier or customs administrative charges

These charges are determined exclusively by the destination country’s authorities and cannot be calculated by mARTable at the time of purchase.

By completing the purchase, the customer agrees that:

  • they are responsible for paying any applicable import-related charges,

  • the shipment will be delivered only after these charges have been fully paid,

  • returns or cancellations due to customs charges are not accepted..
